Using NordVPN Smart DNS & NextDNS MacOS?

Hi, I am currently connected to a SmartDNS through IPv4 with my IP linked using MacOS Catalina. Is there a way to connect NextDNS to be used in tandem with my SmartDNS without disabling it?

    I don't know about SmartDNS but you can use https://apple.nextdns.io/

     

    You should also update to macOS Monterey
