How do I reach the mods?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the proper place but I couldn't find anywhere how to reach the mods... I created a thread with my own ID, i'd like to ask the mods to remove that. Can some mod do that? This is the thread.

    as I'm also trying to reach an agent or mod for more than one week with no answer. I would recommend deleting the profile and reprogramming a new one with a new ID

      kirollos sameh I also send messages on twitter and got no answer.  I just deleted the settings in hope to invalidate the previous id and generated a new one. hope it's all good now :)
