Problems with NextDNS on Android

I have installed NextDNS on my S22 Ultra via the "Recommended" settings for Android. However, when I check it on my NextDNS dashboard it tells me that this device is not using NextDNS its using Cloud flare for its DNS resolver. I don't have cloud flare installed on my device. However, when I check the logs on my account it shows DNS filtering for my Android device. Any help would be a big help!

    You have to configure the DNS servers on your personal router, so that it can make your cell phone inside the house be resolved by NextDNS, but it is worth trying to use mobile data to check if it will present the same message, if appear we give feedback here.

    In ClientName it has to show NextDNS-Android.
