Apple Profiles should show custom profilename next to endpoint ID.
This should make switching between multiple profiles mich easier, without having to memorise the endpoint ids.
Even if you change the profilename afterwards to a different one in NextDNS and the Apple name is still the initial one, that’s a far better outcome for practical reasons You can always manually readd profiles that got renamed…

You can freely customize your profile by:
Go to http://apple.nextdns.io > enter ID > select More options > turn off Sign Configuration Profile > download profile
Then you edit that profile as display name according to your needs.
