NextDNS doesn't start on MacOS Ventura with M2 Chip

Running Ventura 13.1 on a 2022 M2 MacBook Air 

- Starting the app from the app store, downloads, installs, when I hit "open" either from App Store or Applications does not launch.

- Turn off iCloud relay 

- Tried adding IP4 / IP6 to network configuration, does not block; in addition, to bypass all you have to do is swap to a different network  

- Tried CLI, does not start service, cannot find LaunchDameon folder or plist file.
