Windows 11 DoH issue Edge/Chrome

Hi, we noticed that NextDNS does not work anymore on all our Windows 11 laptops in Edge browser (Looks like after a recent Edge update)
Test.nextdns.io shows we are using UDP traffic to NextDNS, and we need DoH for it to work.
We have been troubleshooting for some hours, Firefox does not have a problem so it looks like a chromium issue. (Chome also shows UDP traffic)

We found some other forums that fixed it with "Disable "Async DNS resolver", but we can't find this setting in the Edge or Chrome browser. Please advise how we can get this to work.
