How to make only stuff from Denylist go through DNS?

Hello. I'm making a DNS for my iOS device and I want everything except stuff from my Denylist to go through network-provided DNS, and stuff from Denylist through NextDNS. Is that possible?

    If you’re going to be filtering why not just block the denylist entries? Splitting requests up like you said is rather more complicated than just blocking them.
