Account stopped working
Hello, I bought the pro service and yesterday it stopped working. It will not show any Analytics live logs and it is not blocking anything. It worked fine for the past couple of weeks. Please assist. Thank you

Are you using linked IP? If yes, your IP likely changed and you must relink it.

I relinked the IP address on the apps and router on the desktop directly. And confirmed the ipv4 address on my router also. I have all the mobile devices DNS changed with the DNS-over-TLS/QUIC link. For some reason everything stopped working yesterday at 8am.
