Account stopped working

Hello, I bought the pro service and yesterday it stopped working. It will not show any Analytics live logs and it is not blocking anything. It worked fine for the past couple of weeks. Please assist. Thank you

    Are you using linked IP? If yes, your IP likely changed and you must relink it.

    I relinked the IP address on the apps and router on the desktop directly. And confirmed the ipv4 address on my router also. I have all the mobile devices DNS changed with the DNS-over-TLS/QUIC link. For some reason everything stopped working yesterday at 8am.

      I have the green logo that I'm protected in the app but the pings come back with errors on router and devices. But I have internet with normal speeds and connect is good.

       in the settings, are logs fully enabled?

      I opened a new free account and it's working perfectly. I think my paid account was deactivated or off line somehow. Can you transfer my paid membership to the new account please?

       there is no such thing as deactivation.

      Ok, so my paid account is not working as it should. Can you please confirm that it is activated as a paid Pro plan? Because my paid plan is not working like it was as of yesterday. And confirming with the new account I made today working fully, it is not an issue on my end. Thank you. If you can provide me with an email to send my receipt as proof of payment.

       not sure it they did anything on their end, but what I did was created a new profile and then synced and linked everything up to that and so far it's been working just fine. I realized I was working off a invite link I sent myself and I think they have limits on them. Keep the same account but just make a new profile and sync everything up again. Maybe that will work.
