NextDNS (w/ YogaDNS) running correctly, yet not working at all

I am using NextDNS with YogaDNS on two Windows machines, with two different profiles. For years, it worked like a charm.

Recently, I noticed that on my (work), NextDNS stopped working altogether. On the NextDNS Setup tab, I get the "green light", and the system tells me that all is good, that this laptop is using NextDNS with this profile. I can also see YogaDNS processing the requests successfully.

However, absolutely nothing is being blocked (ie entries from my Deny list), and nothing is recorded in the protocol (logs are enabled). I also checked network settings on Windows 11, and no DNS servers are specified for the network adapters.  

I can also see on browserleaks.com/ip that the system is indeed using NextDNS (Misaka Network, Inc)

On the second machine, with exactly the same setup (but with a different NextDNS profile), everything works as it should.
