password reset

Hello, I want to reset my password, but I am not receiving the reset e-mail, what can I do?

I have the exact same problem. I tried a few months back too but I couldn't get it resolved. I tried PM'ing the support. Hopefully they are reading this!

same i can't login anymore to my account this is the error I'm getting & the one I'm getting when i try to login
