Background:

sometimes I just need to temporarily unblock to make sure it's a blocklist causing the issue with loading a site

Current work-around:

remove all block lists, one by one. visit the site. try to remember which block lists to re-add.

Suggested alternative:

A pause button in settings which temporarily pauses all rules/exclusions/inclusions.
