DNS over TLS Issues: Apps and Websites Not Loading

Hello Community,I recently switched to using NextDNS with DNS over TLS, and I've encountered some issues. While I appreciate the enhanced security, I'm facing some challenges. Specifically, certain apps and websites don't seem to load or work properly after the switch.

While its not consistent,  its frustrating. As soon as i set private dns to off, things start working. I have setup nextdns on router level but I am testing dns over tls in my android mobile.
