No Tech Support?

It's too bad this company doesn't have any support and just relies on the community where you may or may not ever get an answer!

They only provide tech support for their systems. It would be kind of weird to provide support for things beyond their control (i.e. people setups, which can vary wildly).

They do provide support via email for the Enterprise and Education plans - do you have one of those?
