No Tech Support?

It's too bad this company doesn't have any support and just relies on the community where you may or may not ever get an answer!

    They only provide tech support for their systems. It would be kind of weird to provide support for things beyond their control (i.e. people setups, which can vary wildly).

       Sometimes it does feel like that 😜

      But there are others who visit and provide good replies to people’s questions.
