how to block Google domain ads without blocking all ads and letting me watch ingame ads for rewards?

what the title says.. i want to be able to block google domain ads but still be able to watch in game ads for rewards but i hate the ads that google provides. i tried using tld and disabling the rest but the game wolvesville won't let me watch ads when nextdns is enabled at all.
