Anycast connects to vultr-bom/del instead of anexia-maa

Even after rewrite to anexia maa(18ms) still anycast routing to vultr bom/del(40-90ms) not to anexia maa which has low latency for my connection.

I have attached the diagnose report below. could you please help me to connect the anexia maa server and vultr blr for anycast1 and 2 because by default it stays in vultr bom and del even afetr manual rewrite because of this video streaming websites routing to del cdn instead of maa.
