Educational Endpoint issues?

Hello so we have a fairly large Educational campus. We selected about how many students we have and nextdns was working fine. Now I all my profiles(sites) say they aren't using next DNS. Queries are 80k for one site , 200k for another and ect. I should not have a limit. What is going on?

    Even if it's quota issue you should still see you're using NextDNS. What does dnscheck.tools say on those devices?

      if you are on UDM (based on your other message), you will get better results by installing our cli (https://nextdns.io/cli)
