use filter with a vpn

Hi, how do use it with a VPN I am in China and I want to use it with a VPN but I when i am using my VPN. The websites are not blocked.

    Depends on what the VPN allows for DNS, some don’t have option to use other DNS than their own. 
    If you are using custom DNS for VPN and are using IPv4 only IP addresses, you need to link the VPN IP address you get each time you connect.
