Lack of support
Is very unhelpful.
If it means that you charge more even as an add on please do, it is just ridiculous for a paid product that there is no email based support anymore.

Most support questions are identical, so a public forum is better to help people find their answers themselves.
Note that the business plan has email support.

Tengo plan de pago, he puesto mi problema y no he visto alguna solución al caso, tampoco he recibido respuesta, seria bueno que tuvieran soporte para las personas que pagamos y el foro quede abierto para todos.
