I cannot load pages with NextDNS (pihole, MikroTik)

I have pi-hole installed in container on MikroTik router. I want NextDNS used as upstream, so I set IP addresses of NextDNS to custom IP's for upstream in pi-hole. But then my browser wont load any page.

I can see queries in pi-hole, even on NextDNS... But nothing is loaded in browser. I tried to set DNS in router right to NextDNS (no pi-hole in middle) just like your instructions for MikroTik says. Same results. Log is filled with queries, but browser wont load anything.

Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks.
