Help identifying top resolved domain

Noticed in review of my settings today that the top resolved domain is something I cannot identify.  It's listed in the numeric format XX.XX.X.XX_X.

It's not visible in the logs until I enable raw logs.  And then I see it with the padlock and an A or AAAA.

How can I figure this out?

    disable CNAME-Flattening feature in your NextDNS settings.

      DynamicNotSlow Confirmed the feature is not and was not enabled.
