Mobile Provision File exclude wifi doesn't work

When your wifi name has a comma in it. Example, if the wifi name is: Name, 1 it wouldn't work because the comma is indicating a different network. I've tried putting the network in quotes and that doesn't make a difference either: "Name, 1". 

Any ideas how to fix this?
