NextDns slows connections

Hi,

I am loving using Nextdns so far—an incredible product.

The internet connection gets sluggish when Nextdns is running, especially when using google meet. Are there any unique configurations I can set up to prevent this from happening?

My workaround is to stop Nextdns via terminal before joining a google meet.
