Windows NextDNS client no longer working?

The Windows NextDNS client is no long working for me. This issue started approximately 3-5 days ago. NextDNS works correctly on all other devices / software such as:

• Router
• Firefox custom DNS (on the same machine)
• Android Private DNS

When the Windows NextDNS client is enabled no new DNS lookups are possible resulting in partial connectivity. If I run ping example.com it's unable to resolve the domain. Once the NextDNS client is either disabled or closed everything works normally.

I've uninstalled both the app and TAP Adapter and reinstalled the client with the same results.
