Any method to improve DNS server picking?

Hi, 

I found the DNS server picking is worse than the best choice.

I tried several times and the gap is always noticeable. 

Any idea to improve it?

    From the server that you connected in.. you seems like come from Taiwan or Hongkong.. I guess. Perhaps, the best catch of this problems is use official method like using YogaDNS for windows user, DNS Private (Android 9.0 or above) or for IOS & Mac users can use configuration profile (find it in IOS method sections). If the server that you connected still have problems, please send you diagnostic of your network here (https://help.nextdns.io/t/y4hmvcx/report-network-latency-issue)

    I cannot post with the script. And I use nextdns in router or with other tool like Adguard, so I prefer not to use configuration profile method. Below is the diagnostic result.

    I just found that Mac application can make best choice to the dns server. 

    I think it's a solution to me. Thanks for the help!
