Apply different configurations to specific devices or networks

I would like to be able to set different policies for different sets of devices without having multiple subscriptions or have to manage multiple accounts. 

The main use case would be to disable some things on children's devices without having to do so for adult/general use devices. 

To do this now I would need to create another account and point those devices or networks they come from to that accounts unique DNS  hostname. It would be useful if multiple DNS hostnames could be tied to specific policies per DNS or some other method or if configurations could have their own unique host name if requested.
