[Feature Request] Rewrite toggle

I use the rewrite feature to point some domains towards a proxy - sometimes it needs to be on, and sometimes not.

It would be great if there could be a toggle (like there is on the Denylist) to turn each line on/off, rather than having to delete and re-add.

Even better would be the option to add multiple rewrites that you chose one from a drop down menu (for example I have UK proxy and US proxy that I often need to change between), but I get that it's a niche use case
