The Router service has stopped working suddenly

Hi

I am using a paid account, configured on the router level with DDNS, It was working like a charm.

Now, It stopped working suddenly, it works on the device level only, so every time someone restarts the router, we will need to refresh on all devices. and we need to configure every device that's connected to the wireless.

I had peace of mind when it was working on the router level, I added the DNS IPs. still no luck.
