Your ESET anti-virus is configured to perform a MITM attack in order to see inside https protected sites.   The problem is with ESET's signing certificate, not NextDNS.

IMO ESET does more harm than good   (other AV vendors do the same....not just ESET)

Okay thanks guys , I see..
So here apparently no good solution  ( except remove AV or next DNS )

    Thanks you

Fab replace ESET with Windows internal Defender.

You can harden harden Defender with ConfigureDefender tool from AndyFul if you want extra security.

DynamicNotSlow I will keep ESET which suits me well with NextDns if the problem does not appear too often that is fine.
Thank you for the workaround with CustomScript for MS Defender

Fab remember that this is a permanent problem as ESET hijack all your connections and not only one site.

You can’t trust any HTTPS secured website with ESET as they replace the original website(s) certificate with their own. Another word for that behaviour is MitM (man in the middle) attack.
      this isn’t security.

Pretty sure someone had a similar issue and there is a way to allow/whitelist it so it doesn't come up again.
