High ping since couple of days (Germany)

I was experiencing a high ping for a few days. I am connected to my router (Fritzbox) via DoT. I have entered the corresponding DNS servers in the router.

I first noticed it when I was playing with the PS4. I kept flying off the server or it was stuttering.

It seems to be particularly bad between 3pm and 9pm. I live in Germany and my ISP is Vodafone. Before that I had no problems at all. I tested using Vodafone's standard DNS server and it was much better there.

If this doesn't get better soon, I'll have to cancel my subscription. I have attached the logs.
