Can’t Install TouchDesigner on My New AI PC – Need Help!

Hey everyone,

I recently got a new AI PC, and I’m having a tough time getting one of my essential software programs up and running. I thought everything would go smoothly since this AI PC was supposed to handle anything thrown at it, but here I am, stuck on installation issues.

Here’s what’s going on:

1. Install Keeps Failing: The setup starts fine, but midway, it crashes with a generic “installation failed” message. I've tried re-downloading the installer, restarting the PC, and even disabling my antivirus temporarily.

2. Specs & Compatibility: My PC’s specs (Intel Core i9, 32GB RAM) are more than enough, and it should be compatible with Windows 11, so I don’t think it’s a hardware issue.

3. Other Steps I’ve Tried: I also checked my NextDNS setup to ensure it’s not blocking anything and verified that my OS and drivers are all updated. Still no luck.

Is there something specific about AI PCs that could be interfering with the install? Has anyone here managed to get TouchDesigner running on an AI-enabled setup?
