As of September 2024 - what is nextdns suggestions on using ubiquiti with nexdns service

Given the recent changes in ubiquity's devices and ability to use nextdns directly (and not installing the cli) wanted to ask what the "approved" or "suggested" way to use the service directly from nextdns staff.
