Can I block NHK?

I am a Japanese child and am using this DNS to block ad tracking.

I myself do not block porn sites, etc. because I am guaranteed freedom of speech.
One thing I don't like is NHK.
NHK is trying to change the law to collect subscription fees just for owning a smart phone.
I would like to see NHK added to the parental controls.

    You can just try visiting NHK, list the domains in the logs, and block them for yourself, everyone else has a different need, and including NHK in parental control would be really weird, like blocking WHO just because someone dislikes the cigarette ban.
