Payments by QR-code with KBC Mobile app blocked (error message: No internet Connection)

Hello,

I can use my KBC Mobile Banking app (from the Belgian bank kbc.be) but when I want to open the option to scan a QR-code for a mobile payment it says there is no Internet Connection.

I added kbc.be to the whitelist of NextDNS but this doesn't solve this problem.

When I disconnect NextDNS with the slider in the app, I can pay (no error message about the Internet connection).

How can I find out what causes this error or how van I find out which domain to add to the whitelist in NextDNS?
