Notify user in logs and analytics if logs are disabled in settings

If you disable logs in settings, there is nothing in logs and analytics. However when you open either page, it doesn't warn you that it's off... it just says there is no logs/analytics. It would be less confusing if it would say that logging is off in settings or something. :)
