       It might be your internet service provider blocking DoT connection. Please confirm Private DNS works for another DNS service.

       I found my problem. I have VPN app, I disabled it but it still connected and deactive the good woek of nextdns.

      Yes, VPN on Android can sometimes stop the Private DNS setting from working.
