NextDNS DNS53 to DoH proxy. service terminated unexpectedly

These errors keep appearing in the Windows Event Viewer > System logs.

Happens on multiple machines.  As far as I can tell, NextDns is still working.  Console page says "This device is using NextDNS with this profile." and queries show up on the log page.

Why are these showing up and is there a way to stop them?

    Hi there,
    we had the same problem in our company while using the NextDNS Client on Windows (version 3.0.13). In our case the client crashes every time if any of the excluded domains are being resolved (using the EXCLUDE_DOMAINS property).

    It seems like this property is not working correctly. We have reported this issue twice (in 2024) via e-mail (business@nextdns.io) as we were a paying business customer. Unfortunately, we never got any response and it was never fixed.

    Currently the only way to get the proxy working without crashing frequently is to remove any excluded domains.
