UDM Pro + Wireguard Proton VPN & NextDNS = UDP?

Hello - I have a UDM Pro which I just configured with a VPN Client using the Wireguard Config. I tweaked the DNS servers in the Wireguard config file to be the DNS servers of a NextDNS profile I have. It appears to work. However, when I visit test.nextdns.io I get a protocol of UDP. Any idea if I could make a change to get a DOT or DOH config instead? Thanks in advance for your help!
