VPN profile isn't created

Hi :) 

I am trying to get nextdns to work on my iPhone but when I try to turn it on in the app it says I need to enable nextdns under vpn. I so clicked a link that downloaded the profile but it still isn't giving me a VPN config. This means it won't allow me to turn nextdns app.

Please help.
