Install issue for iPhone with iOS 18.3

I follow the Setup Guide, download Configuration Profile.
After install, how do I know it is working?
Then I download the NextDNS for iOS apps.
Then I can find it in table Devices under Analytics page.
How do I delete additional/un-used DNS settings?

    Hi Team,

    The iPhone setup issue is fixed.

    Sorry, I overlook the link has profile ID embedded. 

    When I try today, the Profile field is automatically filled properly.

     

    Refer the removal of extra profiles, it is fixed too.

    I can find all profiles under the path below

    General > VPN & Device Management > Configuration Profiles > NextDNS profiles

     

    My network performance is improved.
