High latency and poor server selection

I'm sorry for my bad English, but Google translator is helping me.
I am experiencing high latency and bad routing. I am located in Bulgaria, but even though I have a server here "zepto-sof", it routes me through Germany "zepto-ber". Can this be fixed?

    You can fix it yourself by switching from IPv4 DNS to encrypted DNS (DoH, DoT or DoQ). IP DNS is connecting to anycast network while encrypted DNS has access to the ultralow network. 

    Looking at your diagnostic results even the anycast has excellent response time. Your problem is most likely on your network.

      Hello, thanks for the reply. I own an ArcherAX72Pro router which does not support DoH/DoT encryption. When changing DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 1.0.0.1) it directly connects to servers in Bulgaria and the latency is noticeably lower. This means that it makes my route much more accurately without DoH/DoT
