Payment Issues

Im Having issues with payment on Next DNS. Next DNS is Failing to charge me on my visa and mastercard for the PRO Plan even though i have the funds to pay, other services like steam, google, can charge my payment methods exept Next DNS. i Cant find the direct contact to Customer service to help me with this issue. Any help would be awesome
