Frequent issues with rotating streaming domains (kinox/kinoz) & lack of wildcards

Hi NextDNS Team,

I am a regular NextDNS user and currently use the HaGeZi - Multi PRO blocklist alongside the built-in Piracy parental control category.

I am facing a recurring issue with rapidly changing domains for streaming sites like kinoz and kinox. Because these sites constantly pop up under brand-new top-level domains (which easily show up when simply searching for them online) like the recent kinox.hot, they consistently slip through the automatic filters.

Since NextDNS currently does not support wildcard matching (such as *kinox*), it requires constant manual intervention every few weeks.

Could you please have the team check and add these newly rotating domains (specifically kinox.hot and related variations) to the global blocklists or the Piracy category?
