Password reset mail not being delivered.
I am not able to login to my nextdns console and password reset emails are not being delivered.
I recently bought one year subscription.
Can someone help?

I just tested it and I received the reset email immediately.
Be sure to enter the correct email address you created the account with and also check in the junk emails too.

Looks like I am not sure what email address I used. how do I recover it. I've transaction on my credit card.

Use the search function in your email and look for NextDNS, if you find it you will see on which address it was sent. Some can even look for some deleted emails.
If nothing is found send a PM to NextDNS account with the ID from the encrypted DNS link or the profile you get on test.nextdns.io

I'm having the same issue. Need to reset my password but the password recovery email is not arriving. I messaged April 1 and just now. No response yet.

Guys, I suggest you try writing to billing@nextdns.io. If you have a paid account, they should be able to find the email address you've provided and tell tech support to fix it if there's a typo.
