Can you see logs if using dnscrpyt

Since setting up dnscrpyt and stubby I no longer see logs in my portal. Does this mean I can't see them because they are encrypted or because they are headed to an upstream server instead? I did use strict order on fresh tomato router and selected a few  just in case what I set up wasn't working properly.

    Possible causes: 

    1. You are on the free plan and have exceeded the limit, check it at: https://my.nextdns.io/account

    2. You have the logs disabled on my.nextdns.io/settings

    3. You are using a different profile / configuration or no profile / configuration at all. Check what you get at my.nextdns.io/setup or test.nextdns.io

      certainly using the correct IP for the server and its linked and not over thr monthly limit yet. Haven't even hit 20,000 and logs are enabled. I'll check out that post
