Google News iOS access

Hi I’m a brand new newbie and I’m jumping to this app because I was previously using another ad blocker and their service became lacking. It still worked but there were inconsistent coverage…
 

in just the first new minutes of using NextDNS I’ve discovered the app is blocking access to my newsfeeds at Google News iOS app. Although I’ve tried white listing or Allow Domain to Googlenews.com it does not allow the newsfeeds to be viewed. I get a page that says Bad URL on all categories.

can someone suggest a procedural to restore this? Thank you!
