High latency - POP within the same country

@NextDNS I badly need this fixed. What should I tell my ISP? Or is it an issue with you guys? I need to keep switching from dns1.nextdns.io to dns2.nextdns.io because sometimes dns1 is 200ms sometimes it is 32ms and vice-versa.
