Idea: 2-yearly blocklist maintenance

Hi,

I noticed a lot of out-of-date blocklists in the interface. Some of them not updated over the course of multiple years...

Why aren't these removed from the web interface? Maybe this could be done twice a year or something to remove broken lists & avoid clutter in the web interface?

Also why aren't any new lists added or updated how existing lists work?

For example: HAGEZI has its own TIF list and has recently removed full inclusion from the PRO/ULTIMATE list. Is there any chance NextDNS could add the separate HAGEZI TIF blocklist so we can use it combined with the other HAGEZI lists?
