Profile switching on mobile devices based on Wifi or 5G

Hello,

Is it possible to let my phones automatically switch the profile they use based on the network they are connected to?

Example: 

When I am at my Home WiFi I would like my phones to use the "Home" profile that is configured on my Router by CLI. But when my phones (Android) lose connection to my WiFi I would like them to use the profile set on the phones itself. 
This is not working now, for testing I configured the same profile that is on my Router also on my phones.
But when enabling "always use secure DNS" on my phone it always uses the phone DNS settings.
When set to "Auto" it uses the router profile but when losing connection to the router it uses no profile anymore.

Is it possible to 'choose' what profile to use for Androids?
